No matter where I have lived I have had a garden. From a humble start of pots on my apartment balcony to multiple raised beds. I do feel it is important to let nature direct your gardening. I stay away from pesticides, but you may feel they are necessary. Fortunately for us we still live in the United States and can choose whatever we want. My goal is to guide people that are interested in eating healthier, growing gardens and utilizing all that are planet has to offer with as little interference as possible.
I have spent the last 20+ years researching. I have achieved certifications, in multiple aromatherapy modalities, herbalism and gardening. I also like to reach out to local gardeners and nurseries to learning various ways to grow local plants and then research the benefits they offer to us and Mother Earth.
